Founded in 1988, Colonial began in a modest plaza in Harker Heights, Texas with 1 home under management. Through 38 years of daily service to our clients, Colonial has grown to become one of the most trusted and consistent management firms in Texas.

Ethan and Cullen proudly carry on the family legacy, building trusted relationships with Texas landlords and growing Colonial into one of the area’s most respected and established firms.

Due to increasing demand from our clients to open an office in the Austin area, we established our Round Rock office in the Chase Bank building and have since grown a significant client base and team in this wonderful market.

With our local presence in the Fort Hood area and number of clients in the military, we naturally had an increasing number of owner clients owning property and needing management in the San Antonio area due to its military presence. Over time, our San Antonio office grew through client referrals and now fully serves investors in this historic market.
